How To Learn More or Get Help
Our volunteers end every CHOICES seminar with a brief discussion for next steps that our young people can take to learn more about the topic or seek help.
We always offer resources to learn more about the health topic. This usually includes information on getting involved in activities related to the specific topic or activities promoting general good health. These include programs that promote healthy lifestyles and diet, medical job training and placement services, and health-related mentoring programs.

We also provide essential information to our young DLs to find support or get help if they need it.
Examples include hotlines for mental health crisis, contact information for counseling services, locations and contact info for addiction treatment programs, family planning services and after-school safe havens.
